The Career Information and Profile of the Valuer will be described in this article. Valuers are also known as Appraisers or Valuation Officers. The task of the career is to carry out valuations on various premises.
A Valuer’s duties encompasses giving professional advice on property investment to allow his client to achieve maximum profit with minimum risk. He is also to follow through with the legal procedures involving compensation, land acquisition and property tax.
Qualities a valuer must possess would be good foresight, good interpersonal skills and good knowledge in specialized laws, procedures and policies.
A Diploma or related certification in Real Estate is required for this job.
