He manages the operation of a childcare centre and its teachers.
His job includes incorporating appropriate programs for young children and creating a friendly and stimulating learning environment for them.
He is required to attend to all matters relating to the children, employees, and parents, as well as answer all queries from the public and parents.
A Childcare Supervisor must be passionate about the welfare of children. He must possess a Diploma in Pre-school Education- Leadership, a valid certificate in first aid, and at least 2 years of teaching experience in a childcare/ pre-school setting.
With experience and a good track record, he may progress to become an Administrator or Curriculum Expert.
