This is the job description of the Human Resource Manager.
Human Resource Managers are expected to lead the Human Resource team in delivering the full range of Human resource management related services to the organisation. Human resource management, also known as HRM, is the range of activities pertaining to the management of an organization’s staffs and people. It typically deals with issues related to working personnels. These issues includes recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, employee benefits, staff development and wellness.
A human resource manager should ideally possess a degree related to Human Resource Management.HR managers are often expected to have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Human resource managers are usually females. I wonder why? I seldom come across male managers.
Is this job gender specific? Perhaps women are better at managing human resources.
